I learned to help others and be there for those in times of need. Attending St. Joseph School taught me strong Christian values, which provided me with the foundation and spirituality, in my daily life today. The religious teachings I received has given me a stronger connection to God.

My daughter was going through a tough time in the public school. Most days it was a battle to get her to go to school. She was not happy and I was a wreck seeing her so unhappy. I contacted Father Chip and Mr. Bannon about transferring her to St. Joseph’s. They were so welcoming and warm. They made the whole process so simple. Within days she was at St. Joseph’s and coming home every day with a smile on her face. The staff at St. Joseph’s made me feel like we were a team and they all were so wonderful with my daughter. The students were warm and welcoming, it was like coming home to a family. The kindness that the staff, students and parents showed us was so heartwarming. They made us feel right at home. My daughter has not complained once about going to school since she started at St. Joseph’s. Our days are much happier and we are able to focus on the important things like her school work. The only regret I have is not sending her to St. Joseph’s sooner.
I can never repay St. Joseph’s School for all the love and attention they gave my family, especially my daughter.

I was blessed with the gift of attending St. Joseph School, Brookfield, CT from 6th-8th grade. My experiences were life changing and true to the mission of the school. I was welcomed with kindness and challenged and motivated to reach my full potential academically, athletically, and spiritually. The values and work ethic instilled in me from my time at St. Joseph School gave me the needed tools to succeed at Canterbury School, New Milford, CT (Class of '91), Vanderbilt University, Nashville, TN (Chemical Engineering Class of '95) and in my 15+ year Project Management career in the Pharmaceutical Industry.
My husband Joe and I are proud parents of three students who attend St, Joseph School. The academics and specials (Art, Computer, Music & Physical Education) at St. Joseph School are outstanding and the faculty is caring and committed. The curriculum now includes Spanish from pre-k to 8th grade. Technology is current with laptop computers and smart boards. Most importantly, the school is true to its mission in fostering spiritual growth.
